One year into the business of real estate, I would like to share with you how was able to make in the critical and most difficulty first year in a completely new industry and completely new business

1- Kept money aside to sustain me and my family expenses for at least 8-12 months. In real estate off-plan you will need few months to land the first deal and then 2 more months to get your commission from the developer.
2- I made sure I already have enough potential customers who to trust me and are likely to buy from me even when they know I am new to the profession.
3- Despite discouragements and negative comments such as “you don’t fit the profile of a realtor, “you have to be a crook” and “you don’t have contacts in this industry”, I kept faith, persisted and never lost focus. And when people asked whether I will go back to the IT industry, I firmly said no.
