When you're a new real estate investor, calling an AGENT is easier!

Agents don’t expect you to be an expert in real estate.

However, when you talk to a seller, they too have limited REI knowledge…

So they expect you as the investor to know what you’re talking about.

You can make the choice if you want to call direct to agent or direct to seller
